COMPEX exhibiting is organized differently from what one may be used to at an APS-sanctioned World Series of Philately show (COMPEX is NOT a WSP show). COMPEX exhibits come from the members of the seven member clubs along with members of invited organizations, such as the Collectors Club of Chicago. At this time, COMPEX exhibiting is not open to other participants.
We invite COMPEX visitors to take a look at the many exhibits that will be set up at the show. Many of them have won high-level awards at shows around the country and the world. They range in subject matter, expertise and value. It's a great way to see what others collect and wish to share with a broader audience. For those who have not yet started exhibiting, it's an opportunity to see various exhibiting techniques and subject matter. On Sunday, experienced philatelic judge Rich Drews will provide a guided tour of the exhibits, where he will be showing notable exhibits and take questions from participants. The public is encouraged to attend.
A list of the exhibits and a map will be provided in the show program.
