Baden-Powell Philatelic Association of Illinois (BPPA) is a specialist society whose members collect worldwide issues relating to the Boy and Girl Scouting Movements. Baden-Powell is Chapter #1 of the Scouts on Stamps Society International (SOSSI), which is an affiliate of the APS. Israel-Palestine Philatelic Society of America (IPPSA) is a specialist society whose members are devoted to the study and exchange of information on all aspects of Holy Land Philately, including the Turkish or Forerunner period, the British Mandate period, the Interim period of 1948, modern Israel, the Holocaust and Judaica. IPPSA is the Chicago chapter of the APS-affiliated Society of Israel Philatelists (SIP).
